App crashes when using Picture in Picture in playlist

There are multiple ways to make brave crash when using the Picture in Picture mode for songs in your brave playlist, so here is a list for all the ways to reproduce the crash

  1. Select playlist mode in settings
  2. Select a song
  3. Select the picture In picture mode next to the full screen option to have the song (or whatever you have selected) playing In a corner of your screen
  4. Enter your playlist again
  5. Attempt to select a new song while having another song that is opened Picture in Picture
    Mode (note that the song you currently have opened in Picture in Picture mode does NOT have to be actually playing, it just has to be opened in Picture in Picture mode)
  6. Brave should immediately crash and send you back to the Home Screen.

Another way brave can crash is

  1. Select playlist mode in settings
  2. Select a song
  3. Select the picture In picture mode next to the full screen option to have the song (or whatever you have selected) playing In a corner of your screen (picture In picture mode)
  4. Enter your playlist again
  5. While in your playlist menu where you can see all of your songs, select the Picture in Picture icon on either the screen that says “the video is playing in Picture in Picture mode, or press the video of the song that you’re watching and press the icon there.
  6. Brave should immediately crash and send you back to the Home Screen

Another way brave can crash is

  1. Select playlist mode in settings
  2. Select a song
  3. Select the picture In picture mode next to the full screen option to have the song (or whatever you have selected) playing In a corner of your screen
  4. Enter your playlist again
  5. Press the full screen option
  6. Press 1 of the 2 Picture in Picture icons that will be present, either the one to the left of the ‘X’ icon that will be present, or the icon that will be on the Picture in Picture video itself
  7. Brave should immediately crash and sent you back to the home screen
