Description of the issue:
Request to GET http://localhost/v1/ping results in ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT. This is only the case when Brave Shield is ON.
Response if this request is simple 5char response of type text/plain: “Pong!”
It is important for our company to prevent Brave Shield from detecting this as ad/tracker. What can we change to prevent Shield from flagging it?

Does the ad appear when using a Private window as well? (yes/no)
The API request works fine in incognito with shield turned off
