Description: It takes too long for save some download, like minutes, or 1 minute, and when you click anything on the browser, the windows background sound plays, and you can only wait.
You can reproduce it by:

Expected result: it just takes too long, I want it to just show the window and save it, is so annoying.

Additional information: I don’t want to reinstall it, because it has too many things ordered and on their place, so I want a better way to fix this, and this happened almost always, I think always, I can’t remember.
