Again, on our site I noticed another wirdness when loading banners.
Here, in the middle of the article suppose to be a Brave Leaderboard banner. The shields are down, but still not showing it. When I reload the page it does. But if I navigate away, it disappears again.

@BitcoinBazis Thanks for reporting. The issue https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/4338 should fix this issue as well. BTW if you turn down the 3rd-party trackers, the page loads properly, please use this as workaround until the issue is fixed. Thanks for your patience.
