Description of the issue:
Ads are appearing for me, but my wallet froze at 0.250 BAT and even though ads are appearing I am not getting any BAT for viewing those ads.
How can this issue be reproduced?
No idea how to reproduce it. I installed Brave browser and everything was working ok and then all of a sudden I stopped getting BAT even though ads are still showing up.

Expected result is that I keep getting BAT for viewing ads.

1.22.71, Chromium 89.0.4389.114
So when u see ads it doesnt add to youre wallet it adds it to the estimated payout which you can see at chrome://rewards/ads on the phone. u will receive it at may 6 then payout will start (sorry for bad english or not doing things correctly its not my native language )
I understand, but my estimated payout was also frozen at 0.25 BAT, and now when I opened it again my estimated payout on hold is 0.000, and below that it says I have seen 24 ads this month.
