Android Mobile showing 0 balance & lower predicted BAT to Desktop

Description of the issue:
Mobile Balance is not synced properly to desktop/uphold balance, showing 0.00 rather than my amount in wallet. In addition I have 350 ads on Mobile android for 0.125 BAT vs my 245 on desktop for 3.57 BAT which seems odd.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Check brave focus after sync
  2. See 0.00

Expected result:

  1. Show Brave amount properly on Mobile
  2. Give reason for divergent BAT/ad amounts on mobile VS desktop
