Description of the issue:
Watching live YouTube streams with live chat enabled causes brave to crash.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Open a YouTube live stream in desktop mode with accompanying live chat
- Play stream (or maybe recorded stream, not tested)
- Wait…
Expected result:
Brave crashes with ‘something went wrong’ message.

I notice that the browser cache expands very quickly when live chat of YouTube live streams is enabled as is default.
It hasn’t crashed when live chat is closed yet and the cache grows much more slowly with live chat closed. Memory leak?
Update #1 browser just crashed watching livestream with live chat closed. Device reported that 400MB of ram was in use at time of crash with 3.1GB ram available.
