Description of the issue:
After the last upgrade, the subfolder bookmark menu windows open within the parent bookmark folder window blocking the content and disabling navigation capacity. It only occurs in a specific folder of a bookmarks bar with a lot of bookmarks and subfolders. Clearing browsing data, cookies and entire history does not resolve this issue.
