Ambiguous behavior when closing new tab

  1. Have 2 tabs open
  2. Focus tab 1 (left most)
  3. Ctrl-T to open new tab
  4. In new tab go to url1
  5. Close new tab. Focus goes to tab1 as expected
  6. Ctrl-T to open new tab
  7. In new tab go to url1
  8. In new tab go to url2
  9. Close new tab

Actual Result: Focus goes to tab2 (right most)

Expected result: Focus goes to tab1

Reproduces how often: Always

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Windows 10 1909, Brave [Version 1.0.1 Chromium: 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)]

Additional Information: My preference is to always focus on last active tab when closing one
