Amazon Music "playback disabled" popup window preventing access

Description of the issue:
Visiting music.amazon.com results in a popup that blocks access that reads “Playback disabled. Please enable playback settings for your browser”. I have rutned off all shields, and sit security ofpiton (set everything to “allow” or “ask”) cleared all cookies/cache, relaunched, reset site and security settings. The site does not allow you to access it with Brave.
