Amazon Chat Button not working All shields down etc

Was not able to connect with Amazon Chat, button was unclickable using Brave W7 64bit all shields down and extensions disabled Worked fine using TOR.

Hi @NTF,

Thanks for posting! Try allowing ‘All Cookies’ for Amazon in Shields and see if the chat link becomes clickable.

Hi. thanks for your help.
Ive turned off all blocking, allowed all access to cookies etc turned off all add-ons.
Still not allowing to click CHAT button. Strangely the CALL ME button works fine next to it.
Works on TOR, Explorer. weird.

@NTF,
To confirm, have you tried this with Shields = Up, and then only changing the cookie control setting to Allow all cookies (as opposed to just Shields = down)?
