Already have BAT wallet, how to link on new phone

I already have a BAT wallet with in it. Got new phone (old one broke) how can I sync my wallet (the one with in it) to this new phones browser? Any help is appreciated greatly

Unfortunately I broke my old phone and they replaced it. So I have no way to access anything on my old phone. Is it still possible to do this?
