Description of the issue: “Allow all trackers & ads” setting causes more cross-site trackers to be blocked than “Trackers & ads blocked (standard)” on a specific website I visit a lot.

Did the issue present with default Shields settings? (yes/no) Yes

Does the site function as expected when Shields are turned off? No

Is there a specific Shields configuration that causes the site to break? If so, tell us that configuration. (yes/no): No. They all break.

Does the site work as expected when using Chrome? Yes

Brave version (check About Brave): macOS Version 1.25.68 Chromium: 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional information:

I’ve tried turning Shields off and on, I’ve cleared the cookies and cache for the site in question, and the problem still persists.
