Allow URL bar border to change based on system Theme or browser theme like chrome

Allow The border of the URL Search bar of the web browser to change based on system Theme or user installed theme.

Currently, There is no option to change the border from default brave orange colour to any other colour.

I am using macOS and the URL search bar is same orange colour, whereas chrome changes the border automatically.
