Allow override of no SSL for HTTP

Hi, love the browser. I have an old NAS box that has no ability to do SSL, or it is trying to do a really old version. I cannot use Brave to connect to this box and must drop back to Firefox, which allows me to override the unsafe condition. I have no qualms about using straight HTTP because the box is inside my home network. I totally agree with the safety reason, but this prevents me from using Brave in this use case.
