at a subdomain of netverify.com, a pop up stating it wants to use my camera. ‘allow’ and ‘block’ are the options.
i clicked allow, nothing happens. I turned off the shields, reloaded, also nothing happens.
I’ve seen this before. anyone know why this is?

Can you please provide the exactly URL in question. The link you sent leads to a 404.
That link also gives a 404
You said you’ve also seen this before - can you point me to other sites where this happens?
it’s most sites that ask me use my camera. I use firefox and it works fine. also sites that ask to detect my location give issue as i recall. i don’t have links right now. i’ll share if i run into more.
