Hello, I would like to open a feature request that I came across when using Whoogle. They have a toggle in the configuration options that you can turn on to allow redirects to privacy friendly options when selecting YouTube/Reddit/Twitter/X links. They use Farside links for this. Was curious if this is something that could be implemented into Brave Search. Can be disabled by default as not everyone would want it, but I believe there are plenty who would like to use privacy-friendly options to these sites.
