Allocate CPU's and memory to a website

Description of the issue:
How can I change the available CPU cores to a website(and ram).
Chrome allows for up to 3 CPU cores to be allocated and 1GB of ram.
Brave allows for up to 1 CPU core to be allocated and 256mb of ram.

How can this issue be reproduced?
Visit lichess.org, Tools->Analysis board, press the options button in the bottom right corner, try and adjust CPU cores.
CPU core allocation is limited to 1 and memory to 256 megabytes

Expected result:
More cpu cores to be available(or where to change this setting), same thing for ram.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
v 1.21.77

Additional Information:
I would like to know how to change the resources available to websites.

UPDATE
In Icognito mode, the limit seems to be 2 CPU cores, while in “normal” mode it is just 1.

I did try replicating the Tools->Analysis, Its hard to see how the site specifically uses cpu cores, from what I understand it’s handled by the website design.

The site is actually quite light, no trackers or ads. Mostly HTML and Wasm/JS.

I only listed how to access the menu to resource allocation, but to actually start using those resources, you have to press the right top toggle button and make some moves. Only then it starts processing.
Those resources aren’t meant for rendering the site, but rather running a local process in the browser.
