All ways Brave rewards problem

I have a verified wallet. Despite having it my rewards I am not getting credited with Bat in my account. I should have credited with 5.865 Bat . When you ask these people they say payment are processing, which you don’t get anytime. They jus keep passing time and leave the question unsolved finally.
GREAT STRATEGY BY BRAVE!!
They initially said 70% of ad revenue is for product consumer, but finally they are taking 100% of revenue.
First have a proper customer service. What’s the purpose of having brave community if the query’s are unsolved
