Brand new install on a brand new Pixelbook. See below screenshot for version information.
ALL pages on ALL web sites are grayed/dimmed, forcing the need to crank the brightness to 100%. This is of course brutal on the battery, and switching to any other app results in temporary blindness.
However, if you press CTRL-F or F3 for a search, the page magically goes to the normal, expected pure white color.
