All of my transactions are pending

I’m unable to send anything (eth, bat, tokens) from my brave crypto wallet. They are all in pending state. I tried increasing gas fee, sending 0 eth transactions to cancel but no luck, all transactions are pending. Also transaction information on Etherscan is “Sorry, We are unable to locate this TxnHash”.

Expected result: Able to Cancel or Complete Transaction

Issue solved by increasing gas fee for the first transaction in the queue ( #2). When transaction #2 (which was in dropped state but still pending) is failed, then other transactions get started.
