Troubleshooting technical issues is much easier when both the user and support agent practice clear communication. For this reason, we have provided the template below for you to fill out with information about your issue. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can most efficiently resolve your problem.
Description of the issue:
I accidentally went into split screen with the Brave app and another app. When I went back on the app, it asked me if I wanted to re-open all tabs and I pressed yes like usual, but this time it didnāt show that I clicked it right away right away. Then it disappeared and went to open the tabs, and instead it opened one new tab, and all of my tabs are gone. Please help me get all of my tabs back. I had thousands of tabs. I use this app for all of my reading. I updated to the newest Brave version, to see if that would work and it did not. It is still showing that the app is using 777.7MB of my storage, so Iām hoping thereās a way to get them back.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Iām not sure
Expected result:
All of my tabs back please

I did the hard Restart twice and it didnāt work.
Do you know if restoring a previous backup work?
I donāt wanna do that yet, in case thereās any option that will work, if restoring a previous backup wonāt work.
Itās still taking up 778.8 MB, doesnāt that mean my tabs are still there somewhere?
Iām installing a previous backup now. I have them, but Iāve never done it before. I hope it works. I will let you know how things go.
Can you describe how to export your Brave Browser bookmarks to your iPadās Files.app folder?
(I had some of my stories saved, but only the stories I finished until the point they were updated. The stories I was in the middle of and hadnāt gotten to the end of the updates, I did not add to my bookmarks. So there was a lot of stories I was in the middle of. I know now that I should add all of them.)
Thank you for helping me, I really appreciate it.
