All my 3 device brave BAT not syncing with Uphold

Brave Browser BAT not syncing with verified Uphold account:

**Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Open brave browser and click on the triangle icon on right top address bar. Shows that my uphold account is verified.
  2. The brave browser also shows 677 Bat Tokens.
  3. When I go to uphold account, I only see 648 tokens.
  4. I have 3 devices and none of them is syncing with my uphold account.

Reproduces how often: All the time from past few months, the brave browser BAT token is not syncing with uphold account.

Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): 1.19.88

Type of devices currently running on the Sync chain in question:

  1. Laptop with Windows 10 OS
  2. Samsung Android Mobile(S10 Plus) with Android 10.
  3. Samsung Android Mobile(S9 Plus) with Android 10.

Additional Information:
The brave browser Bat token from any of the 3 device is not syncing up with my uphold account from past 3-4 months. All the devices have my verified uphold account.

As my and others testing for Syncv2 in Brave there are issues with having more than 2 devices at least when it comes to Open Tabs https://github.com/brave/brave-browser/issues/11183#issuecomment-770326018 I have no idea if the issue is also affected BAT or not.
