All downloads popups are no longer showing

Hello,

Weirdly today all download popups are no longer showing for me although I am seeing a number bubble above the icon saying that there is download pending but no other windows/popups opened nor present in downloading list.

I am using the latest version by the way.

Any explanation please ?
