All Chromium-based Browsers crash on startup (Windows)

Description of the issue:
Brave, BraveBeta, Chrome, Yandex, Edge all behave the same - browser opens. seems to work completely fine for 1 to 2 seconds (loads pages, navigates). Than it closes with no errors.

The issue started with Brave as that was the only browser I used. Found this problem affects the others when I began looking for alternatives.

Currently only Firefox works on this machine.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open any Chromium based browser.

Expected result:
Browsers don’t crash.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
All latest versions

Additional Information:

There are no popups.
I am seeing new .dmp files show up every time this happens with Brave
at C:\Users\MyUserName\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Crashpad\reports
