After update no bookmarks or quick launch?

Description of the issue:
iPadOS 13.2
Brave version 1.12

Performed update via App Store just now. After update I have no Bookmarks, and blank Quicklaunch items.
How can this issue be reproduced?
I don’t know of a way to reverse or roll-back my system to reproduce this issue
