After removing 2FA, for 3 months I can’t receive payments

In my account I see this message "At the time we generated the payout report your account was in locked status from removing your 2FA.
You will not be able to receive payment for this cycle. "

  • The amount to be paid is based on our report generated at 2020-06-01.

I did the 2FA removal on March 7th, “There will be a 30-day waiting period on payments” has long passed.

I ask for a solution in this matter. Thanks in advance.

sucks 2fa i no like this tool. i like sms, but cheap company no can use sms.

no, the problem is not resolved, Message “At the time we generated the payout report your account was in locked status from removing your 2FA” does not go away.

I have the same issue since January

Same issue here. Why is it so hard to get a hold of someone to unlock the account? I am at 3x30 days at this point now and have 1000+ BAT locked up
