Description of the issue:
Prior to the latest update I could make calls with the Twilio App. After update when the app tries to connect their is no ringing tone and the call does not go through
Expected result:
Expected call to connect as before but it does nothing.

Only happened since latest update
Additional Information:
Using Widows 10 with all updates in use.
