Sorry for the delay on my part.

This happened right after Brave Dev and Brave Nightly were installed. Now this scenario is not talking place.
The post was made after looking into Windows Defender for what was being blocked that resulted in notifications. The .exes that were blocked were applications linked to Brave beta and Brave nightly. I cannot remember the exact names of the .exes, now.
