Being advised by my cell phone provider that Brave is using excess data. Just started this week while on Mike Lindell’s Cyber Symposium & Rumble.
So, a “state of using excess data” was achieved by your mobile phone account, and the network packets at that moment, were between some host and your Brave Browser.
Yes, it started with Mike Lindell’s “Cyber Symposium” last Tuesday and now when I am on “Rumble.com”.

You might compare and contrast Joe’s experience with yours.
In addition, you need to detail how you are using your mobile phone account:
Is the account only used by you?
Is the account only used by your mobile phone?
How much control are you exercising over using Cellular Data Usage -vs- Wi-Fi (example: your home Wireless Local Area Network)?
How much control are you exercising over specific applications being allowed to use Cellular Data?
How much control are you exercising over Background Application Activity?
How much control are you exercising over all the chitter chatter of so many processes OTHER THAN the Brave Browser on your mobile device?
And, Brave Support will need to know details such as the versions of Brave Browser for all devices using your mobile phone service provider; in addition to, the Operating Systems and their version numbers, too.
Not sure who this is that sent me this email but wow, talk about useless timing. What evere glitch was happening is long since resolved and with no help to the original request.
