Seems like almost every time there’s a browser update there’s problems with brave ads not showing. I think it has something to do with the record of previous ads that you’ve seen. I’m sure it’s not related to any settings for notifications on Windows because when I created new profile, the new profile gets brave ads normally but the profile I often use doesn’t get any rewards at all. I didn’t change any settings on notifications on the browser or on Windows OS.
If anyone has problems with ads not showing whenever there’s update, try creating new profile and enable ads to see if you can get any brave ads normally. I get 20 brave ads on new profile but the normal profile i usually use doesn’t get any.
