Briefly describe your issue:
Hello again, after months I come back since I never had an answer and a solution, I do not receive my payments in uphold via android or pc beyond receiving ads to date, so what is happening? My last payment was on November 21, 2020 and after that I never received my payments again, can you help me please

How many devices have you connected to Uphold?

Also count the old devices where you had used Brave…
And if you use(d) Brave Beta/Nightly count them as extra devices as well…

rightnow have just my PC, before more than 10 devices connected to uphold.

That is the issue.

You can only connect 4 devices to a single Uphold Account.
All the later devices won’t be able to send the BATs off to Uphold.

Anyways, how many BATs is it showing here:

And what’s the solution then? How does one disconnect devices from Uphold?

You can’t remove the old devices yet.

The only way to withdraw your current BATs is to make a new Uphold Account using someone else’s documents or to wait for Gemini to be introduced (Next Month mostly)

Haha, what? Are you joking? Is the Uphold integration new or what? How can they not have thought about this scenario?

They have thought about this. This is to block people from farming BATs.

People may clone the app many times in their phone and may get a lot of BATs easily. This is to block that.

anyway the case is not other accounts, is the main, I won’t get any payment from november 2020, main or other devices, no matter always request steven lot information like profile,etc I send that and no solution for that, so really don’t know whats going on

what a mess. were told max devices even when it’s the same device that’s being randomly disconnected, now we can’t get our BAT? great!

As I said, you won’t get them in your Uphold Account.
You can link only 4 devices to Uphold account, the later ones won’t send the BATs to your Account.

So, create a new Uphold Account. Or wait for Gemini

Gemini is also like Uphold.
Brave Browser will be adding Gemini to Brave Browser for people who want to use it instead of Uphold…

You can receive it only on your first 4 devices. If you don’t have any of those first 4 devices, you can’t receive it.
