Ads appear but they don’t give any BAT

This started today. Brave Ads appear but they don’t give any BAT. Also if I click on the ad, it closes instead of opening the website in another tab.
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.Ads appear
2.They don’t give any BAT
3.When clicked on ad, doesn’t open in a new window.

**Expected result:**BAT balance increases.

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.17.75
