this started about 4 days ago for me after updating on the 22nd of Feb
Checked brave://components
for updates and seems the block list catalog is erroring out when trying to update.
I also checked within my Shield settings and currently have an empty list:
Turning on “Block Scripts” and then allowing each portion peice by peice until i have a functioning website works, but forgets everything i applied every time i click to another page

Version 1.65.35 Chromium: 122.0.6261.69 (Official Build) nightly
@lensgunadmit not long ago there was someone else who had the issue you’re speaking of. The solution for them was to make sure to launch Brave as an administrator. Could you do that and see if it resolves?
If that makes no difference, I’d like you to go install Brave again to do a forced manual patch. To be clear, I don’t want you to uninstall anything. This just will add on top of your current browser and might fix anything corrupt or missing.
thanks for the swift reply, this resolved it! I am still showing an updating error however in the components, but at the very least everything is running normally as it was. Thanks again!
