Ads activated but they don't appear

Briefly describe your issue:
Hi, I have installed Brave, activated the ads and in 2 days they have never worked.
I recieved this notification:

I have friends that live in the same city and the ads work on their computers.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using ( Menu --> About Brave )?:
Versión 1.23.71 Chromium: 90.0.4430.72 (Build oficial) (64 bits)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no) YES
What date did you verify your wallet? 16/4/2021
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? NO
Are you using a VPN? (yes/no) NO
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? YES, Argentina.
Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?? YES

I need a solution or I will stop using this browser.

and if you use windows 10 make sure you disable focus assist

do you have gaming mouse?

threat is not a good way to get your issue fixed

No, I do’t have a gaming mouse.
I have done all the configurations on windows notifications that you recomended and I produce no change at all.
I I’m in a supported region, but Brave still says “Ads are not available” in my area.
What con you do to solve this problem.

The region was already set in argentina.

I have uninstalled completely the program and installed it again.
Now I can see the rewards, but it still do not sync with the app on my cell phone.
How can I fix that?

do you mean you removed the old brave profile and data folder?

No, I’ve just uninstall it, down load the installer again and install it. Reboot and now I see the rewards.
Previous to that, I download the brave app on my cell phone, but it do not synchronize with my desktop program. Not before the re-instalation nor after it.
So the app shows one amount of BAT and the desktop app a different amount.

Two things.
One, on my android cell phone í do not see my wallet and I’ve sync it with my desktop browser.
Two, I’ve BAT on my account and today they didn’t went to my wallet. I attached a screen shot of my desktop browser:

I need a solution.
