Address bar pops up and down on discourse forums

Description of the issue:
When Brave on iOS is in dark mode the adress bar (I have it at the bottom) pops up and down often while reading on discourse forum threads.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open a site, scroll up - address bar pops up/occures: normal behavior
  2. Scroll down - addres bar pops down: also normal
  3. Reading website thread on a discourse based forum e.g. on community.brave.com
  4. Then the address bar pops up and down in a low frequency,
  5. Only in dark mode

Expected result:
address bar should not pup up while reading website

I can specify the issue: it only occures on websites with discourse. While reading threads on dicourse based forums.
