Added Gemini - Lost Earned BAT

Briefly describe your issue:
Verified my Gemini account, linked on one browser/machine (MacOS) and BAT successfully transferred after about 15 minutes. A few days later, added Gemini to a different computer/browser but the BAT that had been earned did not transfer and did not add to the balance. It has been over a week. I can see the balance that transferred in both linked wallets in separate browsers/machines. I have screencaps of the wallet activity for this instance all the way back to February to indicate what has been lost, if it helps, as well as the Rewards Internals, etc.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
MacOS for the one that worked. Version 1.31.91 Chromium: 95.0.4638.69
Windows 10 for the one that did not. Brave 1.31.88 Chromium 95.0.4638.69

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Worked (working?) for MacOS but not the Windows 10 instance.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
