Add option for compact URL bar combined with tabs (iPadOS)

I’m torn between using Safari and Brave on iPadOS. Safari has the ability choose a compact URL bar which is combined with the open tabs.

This is a GREAT quality of life feature that is especially important on smaller screens such as the iPad.
