Add an option to disable energy saving for active tab or video playback

Energy Saver causes uncomfortable FPS drop of high bitrate videos. Add an option to exclude active tab or video playback from Energy Saver.

On my Macbook M1 i keep Energy Saver and macOS Low Power Mode always on. This extends battery life noticeably. But I have to manually disable Energy Saver everytime to watch high FPS videos without FPS drop.

Or at least add an option to pin Energy Saver icon in toolbar for quick access.

I am using Brave windows and also have problems with annoying reducing animation, smoothness, fps during “energy saver mode”. And also not include this mode to quick access bar
