Add a smooth scrolling feature in Brave like it is present in Firefox. Add it like we have an option if we want to enable it or not somewhere in the settings.

You can enable Smooth Scrolling via brave://flags/#smooth-scrolling. There isn’t an option in settings to enable the feature, though, if that is the particular feature request.
It should be in settings so that any normal user can turn it on and when we visit brave://flags It displays Experimental features so it should be in settings so it is more accessible.
