Description of the issue:
I will right-click a webpage to select Brave–> Block element via selector. It works while the session is open, but after closing and reopening the browser session, it forgets that I still want to block that element via selector on that page/url.

This happens to me on: https://www.tradingview.com/chart/VwcrLb0Z/ but I don’t think it’s a url-specific issue.

I don’t know if this is a missing feature or a bug, so I don’t know if it’s supposed to function this way.
