What date did you verify your wallet?
Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past? YES
**Are you using a VPN? NO **
Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)? YES
Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)? NOT APPLICABLE
I reached out for support 27 days ago and was able to “fix” the issue temporarily. However, 2 days later I noticed no jumps in my ad counts and it has been 3 weeks since my last earning. Also, I haven’t received my earnings from April yet.
Can I please get some help? To my understanding, my account wasn’t flagged because it says here that my wallet is verified.
