Description of the issue: Tabs are no longer distinguible, they all look like a continuous strip with no gaps or a line to make them look like tabs after version 1.75.180. I’ve tried using the new design and the old one, but only after downgrading to said version I got a clear vision of tabs on the tab strip.
Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.76.73
Additional Information: OS: Linux Mint Debian Edition 6. Using a dark GTK theme (Flat Remix Red Darkest) on Cinnamon desktop.

Can you share what your tab strip looks like when they are indistinguishable? While I’m not on Linux, Windows and macOS tab strips seem distinguishable to me, in both light and dark themes, with the window focused or unfocused:
@VAPG1974 I do see what you mean in the first screenshot. The second screenshot with the old tab strip UI looks like it’s much easier to distinguish. Is OS theme being applied to the browser at this time? What does the Appearance section look like in brave://settings/appearance?
Well in these new screenshots look significantly better than before. Are you still having trouble distinguishing the active tab using the Classic theme?
Lemme tell you my issue with the “classic” and “OS-native” themes, they’re too bright for my eyesight, and my whole OS theme is almost pitch black. I even use a crx for a dark-background/light-text view for websites. My whole OS is the darkest I was able to get. (another reason I mostly work in a darkish warehouse).
Anyways, it seems I’ll be forced to go vertical tabs due to this issue.
Me thinking it was a Chrome (Version 134.0.6998.165) issue but it’s not. Anyways, I’ll be using that GTK theme on Brave anyways the tabs are not clearly visible.
I know you don’t give a flying duck but, after testing many other GTK4 themes, and all of them erase the white/beige line drawn over the tab-strip. It seems Brave interact in a strange way I cannot review due to my lack of expertise.
