Activating Extensions already on my computer such as Roboform and Bitdefender antitracker

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

1.I just installed Brave on my laptop and was able to activate Roboform and Bitdefender antitracker. On my desktop was not offered this option.

Expected result:
Activate Roboform and Bitdefender antitracker on my desktop
Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.0.1 Chromium: 78.0.3904.108 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Yes adblocker is not functional or properly responsive

Bitdefender antitracker won’t be needed to be honest, Shields will cover most/all tracking. That said trying Roboform by itself does that work?

Hi,

I still like to have Bitdefender antitracker active. and I can use Roboform from the taskbar. However, when I installed Brave on my laptop I was given the option to include both Bitdefender and Roboform from within Brave and the icons appear in the space to the right of the address bar, so apparently Brave can handle both, but I cannot seem to access these extensions within settings.
