Account under review since August

Hello, since August my account is “under review” I have sent MANY emails, I have written to @steeven , anyway … as of today they put it as “solved” but they do not give me any response either by mail or here , so I need to know what the next step is to continue claiming my account, they don’t tell me why it is suspended, they don’t tell me that “I did wrong”, it just remains under review, so I want to continue climbing until my problem is resolved, I have not breached none of the brave rules. So I need to know how to continue, I appreciate your help. Thank you.
