@RebelNurse I’m not sure what you’re saying or asking. If you signed up on iOS, then it does it through the store. What you have shown in the screenshot is that you have an active subscription to Firewall + VPN.

When you go to activate on your iOS, if it shows the Try 7 Days Free or Redeem Code part, you’ll see Restore on top right. Click that and it checks for your subscription status in the App Store and would activate.

In any case, if you want help, you have to provide much more information, including which version of Brave (Actual version number, not just saying “the latest”), version of iOS, and type of device you’re using. Also would be helpful to explain more of what your issue is, because all you’re telling us is you’re subscribed but account not found?
