I don’t know if this is the reight place, but Iam having a difficult time finding an answer.
I bought Brave VPN on my phone (android) and wanted to use it on my PC also. I sent a log in link to my email, and used it on my PC. However, it ended up creating a new trial account, even though I have already paid. I used the same email for both. Does anyone know how to merge these or close the new one and make sure I can get on the original one on my PC?
I have not been able to find any email address for whomever handles the Brave paid accounts.
@2e4dubs you made a mistake in how you handle it. When you bought it on the phone, it did the subscription through Google Play and wasn’t associated with your email. In order to link it, you would have had to go through Brave’s settings and choose Link purchase to Brave account
, at which point you would have signed in with email and all.
When you chose instead to just go online and then set it up, you did create a second subscription as you think. What you need to do is go into the trial one and cancel it. Then when the time runs out on it, properly link your subscription via Android.
