Account flagged for 2nd time, no reply from Help Centre ticket

Hey,

My account was flagged a second time about a month or so ago. I submitted a ticket (#221306) 10 days ago but I haven’t received any reply from Brave. Is there any way to move this along?

Well I can tag @Evan123 @steeven to have a look but it’s upto them if they will. They might just have a lot of tickets in at this time which might be causing delays in responses to new tickets.
