My account was flagged for no reason and doesnt’ seem like anyone is actually solving it. its absolutely WILD that you can quite literally take money from me through uphold that is BS

@thissuckslol what you’re saying is quite inaccurate. The question is what you have confused?
If Brave has flagged you, then that just prevents any further payouts from happening and you won’t be able to earn BAT. This is because your account is suspended. However, all BAT or any other currency you have in your Uphold still belongs to you.
Now, if Uphold flagged your account, that has nothing to do with Brave. Instead that would be Uphold that would be seeing activity that they believe is suspicious. Depending on their decision, this could result in them closing your account. If this is done, they’ll disclose whether they will allow you to withdraw any of it or if you’ll have no access. The difference between the two is whether they are confident you violated Terms and/or laws, especially if your currency was earned through fraud/deceit.
