Accidental Auto-Contribute

Description of the issue:
I have disabled auto-Contribute on my device and yet it charged my with auto contribute making me lose 18% of my money on Uphold wallet. Apparently, the supposed sync doesn’t affect all devices and on a laptop, I have been using the setting for auto contribute was on even though I am quite sure I always disable it on all my devices because last month it didn’t do any of that. Is there any way to reverse that or am I stuck with the money I lost because I wanted to put my own buck into BAT?

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Return my “Auto-contributed” BAT to my uphold wallet.
2. Next time ask before making any type of contributions ( A notification in Brave Browser itself will be enough)
3. Use the BAT tokens I earned with ads not bought by me to hold.

Expected result:

Brave Version( check About Brave): 1.19.84

I do,4devices in a total of which 2 are connected to my Uphold account. I have screenshots from the device BAT was taken from using my Uphold account.
